Organizational Strategic Capacity Building Services
Resilient Roots provides professional strategic planning, organizational assessment and capacity building services, including resource planning and development.
With extensive leadership experience, RR staff can work with your organization’s leadership, board, staff, or partners to explore opportunities to strengthen your organization’s planning and capacity. RR capacity building services can also include resource development planning, grant writing, and associated training. RR also provides expertise in developing collaborations and helping diverse groups come to agreement on complex issues, which often require balancing the needs of participants with competing interests.
Research and Analysis Services
Resilient Roots offers quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research and analysis services.
With decades of experience in both academic and applied research, RR services include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and evaluation. Policy and program analysis services include needs assessment, policy review, root cause analysis, tradeoffs analysis, and evidence-based recommendations.
Coaching Services
Resilient Roots offers 1:1 and group coaching (both online and in-person options are available).
There are times we all wish we could have a guide or brainstorming partner as we make decisions, especially in times of uncertainty and change. RR can provide you with a coach with expertise to help you explore your resilience-building options, provide another set of eyes on technical documents or as you pursue funding, and help connect you with the supporting evidence/research you need to build the case for resilience-building.
