Resilience Assessment and Planning
Resilient Roots provides analytical and planning support for leaders, along with their teams and partners, working to identify and implement resilience-building strategies.
Services include needs assessment, structural review, systems analysis, and organizational health diagnostics. Tools utilized include, but are not limited to, asset mapping, vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, viewpoints/stakeholder analysis, and place-based planning activities. While research finds that quantifiable measures of resilience are not fully predictive, studies show that assessment of key factors of resilience are strong indicators of organizational health and ability to withstand disruptive events and crises. All analyses incorporate place- and context-specific considerations and craft recommendations based on pre-identified scope and capacity.
