Facilitation and Moderating Services
Facilitation services include assisting organizations with strategic planning, decision-making, meeting management, and public engagement processes. Dr. Zollitsch is a trained facilitator with over 25 years of professional facilitation experience. As needed, Resilient Roots can provide multiple trained facilitators, each skilled in resilience-building.

Bringing expertise in collaboration building and research, Dr. Zollitsch and RR facilitators will work with multiple entities to identify shared goals, structure working relationships, identify appropriate collaborative outputs and outcomes, and design strategic collaboration building plans to help guide the complex task of working to create shared progress, while also honoring the individual aspirations of participating entities.
